At the 2016 AGA, the General Council passed the Teslin Tlingit Council Land and Resources Act (TTLRA). On June 13, 2018, Executive Council enacted the new TTLRA. It replaced the Settlement Land and Resources Act.

The TTLRA deals with many aspects of Settlement Land management: The TTLRA also provides a Framework for the management and administration of TTC Aboriginal Title land, one of the ways TTC will exercise its authority in BC.
